These terms are the agreement between you and us about using ALOP-AI. Please read section 9 (what ALOP-AI cannot do) and section 12 (limits on our liability) carefully — they affect what you can expect and what you can claim.
ALOP-AI is operated by Mohamed Fateh Douba, a sole trader established in the United Arab Emirates (“we”, “us”). By creating an account or using ALOP-AI, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
You must be at least 13 years old. If you are in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, you must be at least 16. If you are under 18, you confirm that your parent or guardian is aware of and agrees to your use of the service.
You must not use ALOP-AI if you are barred from doing so under any applicable law or sanctions regime. We may close accounts that do not meet these requirements.
You sign in through Clerk. Keep your credentials secure and do not share your account. You are responsible for activity under your account. Tell us promptly at privacy@alop-ai.com if you believe it has been compromised.
ALOP-AI puts a question to several AI models, reconciles their answers, and returns a single reply. Depending on your question it may also search the web, read public web pages, generate images, or analyse an image or screen capture you provide. Features may change, and we may add or remove them.
You agree not to use ALOP-AI to:
We may remove content and suspend or close accounts that break these rules.
You keep ownership of what you submit. You grant us only the licence we need to operate the service: to store your content, and to transmit it to the AI and search providers listed in our Privacy Policy so that a reply can be produced. That licence ends when you delete the content, except for copies already made by those providers under their own terms, and for backups that expire on their normal cycle.
You confirm that you have the right to submit what you submit, and that doing so does not infringe anyone else's rights.
We do not use your conversations to train our own models. The third-party providers we use have their own policies, which we do not control.
As between you and us, you may use the output ALOP-AI generates for you, including commercially. We claim no ownership of it.
Two things you should understand about AI output. First, it may not be unique — other users asking similar questions may receive similar or identical output, so we cannot promise it is exclusive to you, and it may not be protectable by copyright in some countries. Second, output may unintentionally resemble existing material. You are responsible for checking that what you publish or rely on does not infringe anyone's rights.
On the first of those, we should be plain rather than merely careful: for a question that does not depend on anything about you, output is deliberately not unique. We cache the answer and give the same one to the next person who asks the same question, which is how the second asking is instant. What that cache will and will not store, and how long it keeps an answer, is set out in our Privacy Policy.
Some features require a Pro subscription. Prices are shown in the app before you pay. The current price is AED 30 per month, or AED 280 per year, plus any tax that applies where you live.
Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period, and your payment method is charged again, until you cancel. You may cancel at any time through the billing portal in the app. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the period you have already paid for — you keep Pro access until then, and are not charged again.
Outside the statutory rights described below, payments are non-refundable, including for partial periods. We may still give a refund at our discretion — ask us.
You normally have 14 days to cancel a purchase of digital services for a full refund. By starting to use Pro features immediately, you ask us to begin supplying the service during that period and you acknowledge that you lose the right to withdraw once it has been fully supplied. Nothing in these terms affects your other statutory rights as a consumer.
Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not receive or store your card details. We may change prices; if we do, we will give you notice before the change applies to your renewal, and you may cancel before it takes effect. Failed payments may result in loss of Pro access.
ALOP-AI can be wrong. It generates text and images by prediction. It can state false things confidently, misread an image, cite a page that does not support the claim, or return an out-of-date price or fact. Web results come from third parties we do not control.
It is not professional advice. Do not rely on it for medical, legal, financial, tax, safety or other professional decisions. Speak to a qualified professional. Verify anything that matters before you act on it.
We aim to keep ALOP-AI available but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. It depends on third-party providers, and it may be unavailable for maintenance, updates or reasons outside our control. We may change or discontinue features. If we discontinue the service entirely, we will give reasonable notice and refund any prepaid period not yet used.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, ALOP-AI is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or non-infringement.
Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of implied warranties. Where that is the case, this section applies only to the extent permitted, and your statutory rights as a consumer are unaffected.
Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited.
Subject to that, and to the fullest extent permitted by law:
If you are a consumer, these limits apply only so far as the law where you live allows, and your statutory rights are unaffected.
If you are using ALOP-AI for business purposes, you agree to indemnify us against claims, losses and reasonable legal costs arising from your use of the service in breach of these terms or in violation of any law or third-party right. This does not apply to consumers.
You may stop using ALOP-AI and delete your account at any time from within the app. We may suspend or close your account if you materially breach these terms, if we are required to by law, or if your use presents a genuine risk to the service or to other people. Where it is reasonable and lawful to do so, we will tell you why and give you a chance to put it right.
If we close your account without cause, we will refund any prepaid period you have not used. Sections 6, 7, 11, 12, 13 and 15 survive termination.
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, and the courts of Sharjah have exclusive jurisdiction.
If you are a consumer resident elsewhere, this does not deprive you of the protection of the mandatory laws of your country of residence, or of your right to bring proceedings there.
Please contact us first — most problems are settled faster by email than by anything else.
We may update these terms. If a change materially affects your rights or obligations, we will give you reasonable notice in the app or by email before it takes effect. If you do not accept the change, you may stop using the service and cancel your subscription; we will refund any prepaid period not yet used. Continued use after the change takes effect means you accept it.
If any provision is found unenforceable, the rest remains in force. Our not enforcing a term is not a waiver of it. You may not transfer your rights under these terms without our consent; we may transfer ours if the service changes hands, and will tell you if that happens. These terms, together with the Privacy Policy, are the entire agreement between us about ALOP-AI.
